760 - FOOD SERVICES MANAGEMENT
All students enrolled in the School District of Auburndale shall have an opportunity to participate in the school lunch and milk programs. These programs shall be administered by the District Administrator, or designee, in accordance with established local, state and federal guidelines.Individual lunch/milk prices shall be established by the Board of Education annually. In accordance with federal guidelines, the district shall offer free and reduced price food services to qualified students.
The School District of Auburndale shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of a student’s sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability in the educational programs or activities which it operates.
