Goals

The Board of Education for the School District of Auburndale has established the following goals for the district. The Board recognizes that none of these goals will be completely achieved in the short-term, but it intends to hold itself and the district’s administrative team accountable for significant progress in all of these areas.

Student Achievement: We will increase academic achievement for all students while recognizing the diverse needs of each student.

Staff: We will attract and maintain quality employees. 

Community: We will provide timely and continuous communication between the school district, parents, and community organizations.

Facilities: We will continually assess the maintenance, repair/replacement needs of district facilities and grounds and take actions that will sustain their operational needs and/or improve the efficiency, safety and security thereof.

Finance: We will keep the community informed on the current status and future financial needs of the district; and work diligently to ensure that adequate resources are provided and wisely used to carry out the mission of the school district.
