BUDGET HEARING AND ANNUAL MEETING
MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2010

The Budget Hearing was called to order at 7:33 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2010 in the High School Library located at 10629 North Road, Auburndale, Wisconsin by School Board Vice President Michael Hansen. Mr. Hansen stated that the hearing was properly noticed and read the notice to the electors in attendance at the meeting.

The Treasurer’s report and audit summary for the 2009-10 fiscal year were reviewed.

Finance Director Charles Payant presented information on the proposed 2010-11 school year budget.

Mr. Hansen declared the budget hearing adjourned at 8:02 p.m.

The Annual Meeting was called to order at 8:03 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2010 in the High School Library located at 10629 North Road, Auburndale, Wisconsin by School Board Vice President Michael Hansen. Mr. Hansen stated that the meeting was properly noticed and read the notice to the electors in attendance at the meeting.

Marleen Knutson nominated Michael Hansen as Chairperson of the meeting.

Marleen Knutson moved, Bob Haupt seconded, to close nominations and elect Michael Hansen as Chairperson. Motion carried.

Dianne Tauscher moved, Bob Haupt seconded, to approve the minutes of the 2009 Annual Meeting. Motion carried.

Finance Director Charles Payant reviewed the proposed levy for the 2010-11 fiscal year.

Diane Hatfield moved, Jim Meyer seconded, to adopt Resolution A - Adoption of Tax Levy in the amount of $2,790,358.00
for the General Fund, the Debt Service Fund and the Community Services Fund. Motion carried.

Bob Haupt moved, Diane Hatfield seconded, to adopt Resolution B - Salaries of Board Members. Motion carried.

Dianne Tauscher moved, Mike Sabel seconded, to adopt Resolution C - Board Member’s Expenses. Motion carried.

Marleen Knutson moved, Diane Hatfield seconded, to adopt Resolution D - Disposal of Surplus Property. Motion carried.

Other Business. None.

Dianne Tauscher moved, Diane Hatfield seconded, to adjourn the 2010 Annual Meeting at 8:12 p.m. Motion carried.
