The legal authority of the Board shall be transmitted through the District Administrator along specific paths as shown by an organizational chart for the district.
The lines of authority in the organizational chart represent direction of authority and responsibility.
An organizational chart shall be submitted to the Board for approval and shall be regarded as visual representation of policy.
It is expected that the established lines of authority will serve most purposes. However, all personnel have the right to appeal any decision made by an administrator through grievance procedures established by employee contracts.
